These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BCS PreTest: Compete and Win app ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1Use of the app

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose and not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use automated tools or scripts to submit pretests or manipulate leaderboard scores.
• Use the App in any way that disrupts its normal operation for other users.

2Free of charge & advertising

The App is completely free to download and use. We do not charge any fee for its features, and there are currently no in-app purchases or subscriptions. The App may display ads served through Google AdMob to help support its development; these ads do not require any payment from you and can be reviewed further in our Privacy Policy.

3Accounts & leaderboards

Where the App offers sign-in or leaderboard features, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to remove scores or restrict access where we reasonably believe the leaderboard has been manipulated.

4Content & accuracy

Questions, answers, and explanations in the App are prepared for practice purposes and are reviewed for accuracy on a best-effort basis. The App is a study aid and does not guarantee any specific exam outcome, and should not be treated as the sole source of preparation for the BCS exam.

5Intellectual property

All content, design, and branding within the App, including the BCS PreTest name and logo, are the property of the App's developer unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose App content without permission.

6Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any user found to be violating these Terms, without prior notice.

7Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including exam outcomes.

8Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
